This guy's ideas are solid. But he got a little self-help and boring, especially with his powerpoint use.

But one thing I think about often is the idea of widespread routine psychology check ups. Perhaps twice a year. This guy made me realize how powerful of a social tool that would be. On the happiness scale, EVERYBODY could use some help rising up. And assisting average people, like myself, move up in happines would not only help us release ourselves from common worries but also motivate us to help those with mental illness. The effect would be exponential.
